About
After having completed a Master's Degree in Telecommunication Engineer in December, 2012, I moved abroad with the aim to widen my personal experiences and to grow professionally. I served six months as intern at Alcatel-Lucent chair in France, covering a role of software developer in a domestic project. Once I came back to Italy I got an internship position in Thales Alenia Space Italia (TAS-I) where I have been committed to two works which allowed me to enrich both my programming skills and the existing tecnical knowledges. I am looking to develop my career along a path where telecommunication and/or informatics are centrals!

►Thesis title: "Reduction of 'shadowing' effects on hyperspectral images". The work has regarded a software implementation of a state-of-the-art method for recovering the clouded zones underneath shadowing effect in hyperspectral image. The basis model was published on 2008 by SPIE scientific journal and entitled "A novel method for illumination suppression in hyperspectral images".

The work has involved a fully software implementation of the PHY layer of the AeroMACS, a precise profile of the IEEE 802.16e standard even known as WiMAX.
