I have Been working at Carl Zeiss, well known German company, in the Medical Division since 1988, both in the Service and the Sales Department. As a Service Product Specialist I was a point of reference for the Italian Service Team in developing and managing resources, and in problem solving. In the Sales Department I was a Product Specialist, a point of reference for the Sales Team; I have acquired a deep knowledge of microsurgery applications as well as client relationship skills through extensive operating room experience, surgical lab courses and congress activity. Since April 2011 I have been involved as Product Manager in the Dental Market and for the last four years in the Ophthalmic discipline.
