The ESG and Processes Function evaluates the ESG profiles of fund managers during the Due Diligence phase, supporting investment decision‑making. It monitors the evolution of ESG profiles across funds and portfolios, preparing periodic reports and highlighting any relevant findings to be submitted to the Board of Directors. It contributes to the implementation and updating of the SGR’s Sustainability Policy, working closely with the Compliance Function to identify necessary regulatory adjustments. It also supports the maintenance of internal regulations by coordinating the drafting, validation, and updating of internal procedures and the company’s Procedures Manual. The Function integrates sustainability and process governance, contributing to an operating model aligned with industry requirements

Manage Company internal regulations drafting and updating; Perform gap analysis to identify any gaps/breaches in relation to new/updated Group Internal Regulations applicable to the Company, Ensure that all internal regulations and relevant process phases are duly performed and respected by involved functions. Define criteria for reviewing sustainability policies of private equity asset managers and assign them an ESG score during the Due Diligence phase; Monitor the evolution of ESG factors related to our investments in funds managed by these asset managers on an ongoing basis; Manage corporate affairs and processes related to ESG and sustainability by also developing and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with Group/internal ESG guidelines and policies and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG initiatives.
