My role includes both remote interpreting—via telephone and video—and occasional pre‑booked face‑to‑face assignments when I accept them. Through the Linguist Portal, I manage my availability for on‑demand calls, logging in to indicate when I am ready to take client calls directly to my phone. For scheduled assignments, I am contacted in advance to confirm my availability, and I submit timesheets only for face‑to‑face jobs.
