Proficient in drafting meeting minutes, archiving legal documents, and preparing LKPM reports . Contributes to operational efficiency through records management and coordination of BOD meetings .

Designs and implements the company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, encompassing identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational, financial, and strategic risks. Establishes risk management policies and monitors compliance across all business units and BUMN subsidiaries. Regularly reports risk profiles and heat maps to the Board of Directors/Commissioners to inform strategic decision-making. Coordinates stress testing, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and ongoing risk evaluations. Ensures seamless integration of GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) with internal audits and reporting to the Ministry of BUMN.

Oversees cash payments, transfers, and daily bank statement reconciliations to ensure operational financial accuracy. Prepares monthly cash flow and expenditure reports, including forecasting to support FMCG inventory needs. Ensures treasury SOP compliance and supports internal audits related to bank transactions.

Handles cash payments and bank transfers (IDR/Foreign Currency). Reconciles daily/monthly bank statements, prepares bank mutation reports, and compiles cash flow and expenditure summaries. Ensures adherence to treasury procedures, supports internal audits, and resolves cash variances in line with SOPs. Enhances liquidity efficiency through coordination with banks and the finance team.
