In this role, I was responsible for overseeing procurement operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the continuity of supply for critical items. I streamlined purchasing workflows, worked closely with internal departments such as planning, production, and maintenance, and applied ERP systems and Excel analysis to monitor spending and optimize inventory. By acting as the key link between suppliers and internal teams, I supported cost efficiency, reduced lead times, and ensured smooth operational performance.

As a project buyer, I managed the full procurement cycle, from running RFQs and negotiations through to contract management and coordination with logistics and warehouse teams. I was responsible for ensuring that goods and materials were delivered on time and in line with project requirements, while also handling discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders to support accurate and timely payments. By monitoring orders proactively and working closely with cross-functional teams, I contributed to reducing delays, improving lead times, and maintaining strong supplier relationships that aligned with operational priorities.

Supported the procurement team with supplier communications, order processing, and invoice validation. Ensured accurate ERP records and efficient documentation to streamline daily operations.

Coordinated engineering documentation and project workflows, ensuring compliance with internal standards and improving retrieval efficiency through Excel-based systems.
