About
I am a versatile executive with a background in design and business, specializing in product creation. I have a proven track record of consistently exceeding performance expectations in the sporting goods and fashion industries, working with major brands and retailers across the EMEA, US, and APAC regions. My expertise lies in crafting key seasonal design directions, developing product and materials, and building high-performing teams. I excel at maintaining a delicate balance between creativity and business requirements, creating strategic plans tailored to the diverse consumer targets of the sporting goods and fashion industries. A hallmark of my approach is my global perspective. By leveraging the unique characteristics of each region and thoroughly understanding the brand's philosophy, I craft forward-thinking directions that stay ahead of the curve. I have contributed to the development of seven Olympic and Paralympic Games across three brands, including London 2012, Sochi 2014, Rio 2016, Pyeongchang 2018, Tokyo 2020, Beijing 2022, and Paris 2024, earning the honor of overseeing product design and creative direction for national delegations and two rimes torchbearer design. Rather than following trends, I focus on creating them, striving to lead the market. I work closely with my team to ensure tasks are executed with innovation and vision at the forefront. I leverage my experience in design management and delivering innovative and impactful results across numerous projects for globally renowned brands such as adidas, ASICS, and UNIQLO to effectively propose strategies and drive business forward for various brands today.
