Empathising with customers is my first commitment. Creating systems that enhance productivity, meet their needs, avoid frustration and provide enjoyment. To achieve those, I also need to empathize with my colleagues, sharing and contrasting experiences within a work-team, and above all, keep always learning. My work at SAP Emarsys is focused on visually finishing the strategy created from the product marketing team to ensure that the product visually resonates with the target customer. By analysing our users, we design and establish the visual language that, from our product as a starting point to the go-to-market strategy, best connects with our target audience. As our product evolves, we respond to the new needs of visual communication. I’m also into UI/UX, illustration, painting, iconography, typography, productivity, accessibility, literature, contemporary art and art history. Oh!, and I am passionate about languages. My first language is Spanish, but I am also highly proficient in spoken and written English and German, and I am a graduate in English grammar and literature.
