* Solely responsible for HR advice/support of 200+ employees, reporting to HR Manager in HQ Ireland. * Providing guidance on HR processes and policies, supporting the business in all aspects of employee lifecycle events, from new starter to leaver process. * Conducting job interviews with candidates. * Coordinating employee compensation & benefits, absences, monthly payroll process, issuing employment documentation. * Updating personnel files/HR Systems (People Soft, Oracle EBS) * Liaising with external providers * Supporting Regional HR Manager in regional/global HR projects

* Coordinating HR function across 12 countries (Balkans and Turkey) from Asseco SEE HQ, liaising with local HR teams supporting 1.400+ employees. Working alongside CHRO. * Supporting CHRO in delivering HR strategy across 12 countries * Development, implementation and management of group HR policies and processes * Leading/coordinating HR projects across SEE (annual performance review, employee survey, TalentQ testing, company career pages/EB, CSR, etc) * Development and monitoring of group HR Reporting (including HR dashboard, KPIs, benchmarking) * Coordinating recruitment campaigns at various levels, including senior/executive (direct search, advertising, screening, competency based interviewing, testing, making offers) * Responsible for coordination of annual HR function budgeting process across SEE * Also acting as HR BP for Polish employees covering all aspects of HR (30+ employees)
