Responsible for investment policy development, management of project the biggest project portfolio in the Goverment- more than 35 projects 6+ bln USD, attaraction new investments, development finanncial models, PPP project developmemt and implementation, coordination and implementation public management reform, etc

As a project manager and coordinator of the Ukrainian gov side, accompanied and implemented 2 projects with EBRD in the energy sector, namely the implementation of REMIT with NEURC and the development a single digital tool for assistance to the energy sector, AidEnergy. REMIT MVP platform was launched in 10 weeks. The AidEnergy was launched in 6 weeks, and already in 6 months all partners and Ukrainian enterprises joined it. Since February 2022, have made a significant contribution to the completion of the EU questionnaire in the fields of environmental protection and energy and led the team for the coordination and preparation of the draft Recovery Plan of Ukraine under National Recovery Council in 24 directions, the finalization of the plan and its generalization. Since June 2022, as part of the organizing committee of the international recovery conference URC2022-2024, have provided organizational and coordination support to the UAGov in energy and green recovery. Since September 2022, have provided coordination support on involvement of aid to the energy sector, including internal coordination and involvement of stakeholders; cooperation with partners to solve critical infrastructure needs; support on monitoring financing and implementation of the energy sector key projects for 2023 year to the Multi-agency Donor Coordination Platform for Ukraine. Since August 2023, have joined the organizational team for the development of the Plan within the framework of the EU Ukraine Facility and the negotiating group in the fields of energy, green transition and environmental protection, critical raw materials. Participated in the development and expert review of sections of the Plan. Provided overall coordination of the Reform Office team and reform support teams, involvement and coordination of stakeholders, formation of positions and support of ministries in negotiations.

Consulting services focused on consulting and assistance in the following areas: - coordination, monitoring and organizational support related to Climate change and environmental management in the context of RDO activities in the field; - coordination, facilitation of dialogue and organizational support of a comprehensive approach of implementation of the Green Deal/Paris Agreement as an economy-wide reform.

Consultative and expert support of the Head of the Regional State Administration, attraction of financing from IFIs, expert support of projects in the direction of sustainable development, waste management, attraction of investments in communities of the region.

Examination of projects for compliance with environmental legislation and sustainable development goals. Development of the state policy on waste management concept of the Program of Activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2019-2020. Support the launch of the just transition project of coal regions with the World Bank.
