I have the privilege to accompany the choirs at Elida Middle School and High School and to work with Middle School Choral Director, Amanda Beining and High School Choral Director, Rhonda Bargerstock. Together building an excellent choral program beginning with the 5th grade choir all the way up to the highest choral group, the Elida Chamber Choir. I also work with the Directors to help prepare students for OMEA Solo & Ensemble - an adjudicated event. Elida High School Theater Department has a rich heritage of producing Musicals from many genres. Most recently, "Annie", "Fiddler on the Roof", "Peter Pan" (and Peter pan flew!!!!!), "Beauty and the Beast", "Suessical the Musical" and "Hairspray". Under the direction of Rhonda Bargerstock and her husband Randy, Choreographer Dawn Slusher, my role is organize and direct the Orchestra Pit and to help teach the students their songs. I love my job!!!!!!!!

We at FTL, have developed the world's first systematic leadership development curriculum designed for storycentric learners. This curriculum is stored and delivered in Story, Symbol and Song. We are excited to be bringing this training to church leaders in the worlds most under-resourced regions. Doug's and my primary responsibility (in addition to training) is to work with teams of indigenous musicians to create songs that repeat the teaching stories and reinforce the "a-haa" moments of the learning process. We are thrilled to be a part of this talented and experienced FTL team and to be equipping rural pastors to lead strong, prevailing and multiplying house churches.
