My expertise primarily focuses on microfabrication in cleanroom environments as well as the efficient transfer of new innovative products (NPI) to high-volume production lines. I have also achieved significant results in improving yield, quality, and production capacity for semiconductors. In my most recent role as Director of Manufacturing Engineering, I played a key role in establishing the manufacturing department. I designed the laboratory from scratch, selected and purchased necessary equipment, and trained an integration team. My expertise also extends to the qualification, validation, and control of high-performance detectors, spanning various industries such as the military, biomedical (MRI/CT scanning), automotive, and underwater products. Holding an eMBA from McGill-HEC, I am open to new opportunities in management position. I particularly enjoy leading teams on diverse projects, whether in continuous improvement, the biomedical, pharmaceutical, or food industries. I firmly believe in the versatility of my knowledge, which encompasses various domains.

As the Project Leader for Si-APD/PIN I transferred and increased the production for automatized assembly line. This was accomplished by liaising between process groups, such as R&D, NPI and QA. I was also responsible for equipment support and production planning analysis for components intended to the military, automotive and medical sectors. I became the technical reference to other departments by acting as a consultant on joint projects. On a daily basis I have: - Delegated tasks to the technicians and operators providing them with expert support; - Searched, contacted and qualified service providers; - Transferred and developed chemical and physical processes; - Conducted internal audits; - Improved the performance of products through research on experimental batches; - Converted equipment; - Incorporated new products on the production line; - Performed Electrical tests (Vb, Vop, noise, Id), assessment, simulation on Silvaco - Troubleshooting (DOE) - Analyzed electrical results and yield of photodiodes according to specifications of Custom Device; - Wrote qualification reports and documentation (‘BOM’, ‘routing’, ‘PFMEA', 'CP', ‘VA’ and ‘Process flow chart’); - Write qualification reports and Users Procedures (MA4 Aligner, Unaxis PECVD, Oxidation/diffusion-furnaces, Pyrox doping process, monoxide deposition, RIE).
