My team of over 100 engineers, POs, and scrum masters create new code for an application that allows Walgreens to serve as a contract pharmacy for 340B eligible patients. We are responsible for technology that process more than 3 million scripts per day, and helps make healthcare affordable! I serve as the bridge between Engineering and Business Stakeholders. It is my job to explain the technical concepts in a way non-technical stakeholders can understand. This ensures that what we build matches Business expectations, and there are no surprises post-Go Live. Some of my greatest achievements include: • Migrating to the Azure Cloud resulting in significant annual cost savings, improved performance, increased ETL batch job capacity, and improved scalability • Implementing a QA Stability plan that resulted in no new production defects for 9 months in a row (over a dozen major releases) • Reaching, and maintaining, 95% test automation • Developing Agile (Scrum) Maturity Model, and executing on plan including transitioning business team to agile best practices resulting in strict adherence to release calendar dates and scrum ceremonies, and more frequent deployments • Creating delivery strategy for re-platforming to a MicroServices architecture In addition, I am responsible for a $12M annual budget, 3YP strategy, and creating/maintaining the annual roadmap.

Program Manager, Infrastructure for Project Frog, a Global IT personnel transition I oversaw the knowledge transfer of employees and contractors to an outside consulting firm for all Infrastructure teams. In this capacity, I managed significant timeline impacts due to the unexpected COVID-19 work from home orders. I was responsible for ensuring gate criteria was documented daily, reporting status to the CIO and VP, and many other tasks to ensure a smooth transition of work Program Manager for In Store Staging, a program that upgraded 40,000 mobile devices to Android O Operating System, Android Enterprise, & allowed store managers to re-stage devices in store I led a cross-functional scrum team developing multiple Android apps for the upgrade and re-stage process which dramatically reduced year over year OpEx & device repair down time. I coordinated with Business Stakeholders to develop training materials for Store Leaders. This involved explaining the steps to upgrade, as well as the technical flows happening in the background. It required daily stand-ups, clear communication channels, & management of over nine IT & Business teams to successfully deliver this complex program. Project Manager for Horizon, a program that build an Android platform, rolled out over 60,000 mobile devices to the field, and had an end goal of removing store office PCs I was responsible for C-suite level status reporting, assisting with financials, overseeing the staging and shipment of new mobile devices, and developing the plan for PC removal. In one month, I created an end-to-end integrated plan to re-platform over 12 critical store apps, install docking stations for Zebra ET50s, & coordinated removal of PCs. I developed a detailed $10M estimate & presentation to gain funding approval from VP level leadership.

I assisted with Project Horizon, a program that build an Android platform, rolled out over 60,000 mobile devices to the field, and had an end goal of removing store office PCs. I was responsible for leading a SWAT team to improve store adoption of the devices. Many store associates were continuing to use the old technology. I lead cross-functional Business and IT team in the development of a plan to improve adoption through advocacy of new features, improved channels for real-time feedback on device performance, and, ultimately, removal of the legacy technology.
