Prepared for the implementation of a warehouse management system by developing a new labeling system for individual stock locations. Analyzed the wire cut process to determine the most efficient means of wire cuts/sales while reducing remnants to maximize profitability.

Built a centralized Market Share report on Power BI using Point of Sale (POS) data from IRI software that is used throughout the company, predominantly in the marketing department and by upper management
