I am a PhD trauma researcher, author, and consultant dedicated to helping individuals and organizations understand the neuroscience of trauma, resilience, and healing. My work integrates philosophy, psychology, and neuroscience to reframe trauma from a deficits-based model to an empowered, strengths-based perspective. With over 15 years of experience in academia, nonprofit work, and coaching, I specialize in translating complex research into practical, actionable tools that foster healing and growth. Whether I’m developing trauma-informed curricula, working one-on-one with clients, or training teams in corporate and nonprofit spaces, my goal is always the same: to help people navigate stress, reclaim their sense of agency, and cultivate lasting resilience.
