- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - Meet with Consultants to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment - Build data models, workflows, forms, templates, reports, and other digital structures that constitute a configuration - Create project plans in agreement with customers and identify critical paths. - Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks. - Coordinate tasks and manage internal resources, including infrastructure, server migrations, and others. - Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing client satisfaction.

- Manage projects efficiently ensuring timely, managing budgets, and adapting to changes in scope - Understand client needs and offer strategic guidance in design, technology, and marketing to add value - Communicate complex ideas, clearly to both clients and team members, ensuring everyone is aligned - Deliver a WOW experience to clients, exceeding their expectations and fostering positive, long-lasting relationships.

- Provide oversight and leadership in executing projects from strategic planning to completion - Define project milestones and track progress through the entire project lifecycle - Coordinate weekly project status calls with all stakeholders - Generate project artifacts (project plans, Project Timelines, Requirements Traceability)

- Améliorer la marque employer / Marketing RH. - Concevoir de nouveaux outils et processus de recrutement. - Communiquer sur les évolutions de l’entreprise. - Identifier et déterminer les points d'améliorations pour une meilleure QVCT.

- Gérer le portefeuille clients. - Accompagner les clients (Nationaux, Internationaux) dans leurs besoins de Staffing / Recrutement IT. - Construire la relation qui lie l'entreprise aux clients. - Mener des missions de prospection à travers l'emailing.

- Gérer les comptes RS de l'entreprise et des clients. - Améliorer l'image externe de l'entreprise. - Améliorer la visibilité et la notoriété des produits / services. - Définir la stratégie Marketing Digitale. - Identifier et déterminer le besoin des clients.
