Myself and many of my peers face everyday struggles, balancing work, family life and entertainment, however I have realized over the recent years that my greatest strength is being hearing impaired. I believe that my condition has given me the best lessons a person can experience in their entire lifetime, I had to use all the tools at my disposal, be it my personal phone, meeting other colleagues face to face, asking for another colleagues help if the situation requires, to just to get the job done. Working hard in our world today is not enough, we all have to work smart, get our message across in the most effective, efficient way possible and executing our tasks so seamlessly. The challenges my condition brings are much harder than an ordinary person, but I wake up everyday determined to develop my interpersonal skills and implement them in my personal and work life.
