Supervise and mentor undergraduate students during laboratory sessions, guiding them in performing experiments safely and accurately, particularly for final-year research projects. Conduct and support laboratory experiments related to catalyst development and materials synthesis, including sample preparation, carbonization, and post-treatment processes. Train students on laboratory techniques, proper use of equipment, and data collection while maintaining safety and compliance with laboratory standards.

Conducting a project on the utilization of extracellular vesicles, which are biologically generated nanoparticles, as a tool for targeted drug delivery.

I worked in the Quality Control department, where I was responsible for analyzing cooling water samples and engine oil samples. I conducted various tests to ensure the quality and compliance of these samples with operational standards. This role helped me refine my analytical skills, particularly in the context of industrial systems. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work in the control room, where I was involved with the SCADA system for real-time monitoring of engine conditions. This allowed me to gain hands-on experience with data acquisition and monitoring, ensuring the engines operated within optimal parameters.

I interned in both the production and clinical trials departments. In production, I assisted with drug manufacturing processes, quality control, and maintaining rigorous standards to ensure product integrity. In clinical trials, I was involved in data analysis, particularly with plasma samples, and gained experience in study protocols and regulatory compliance. This role enhanced my technical skills and deepened my understanding of pharmaceutical processes and research methodologies.

I assisted patients in understanding their treatment plans and procedures, offering support during medical consultations and treatments. My role included pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patients adhered to medical advice. This involved managing kidney and other transplant patients, guiding them through dialysis and apheresis. Additionally, I provided support in diagnostic procedures such as MRIs, tomography, ultrasounds, EKGs, and endoscopies, as well as physiotherapy sessions. I also handled their medications and prescriptions.

I serve as a research intern with the mission of conveying the authentic African narrative to Turkey. My responsibilities include creating presentations, articles, and flyers to promote a genuine understanding of Africa.
