After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, I found my true calling in franchising, where I discovered a passion for leadership, community-building, and supporting small businesses. Starting as a small business owner myself, I now have the honor of leading BNI as CEO, where my focus is on creating meaningful opportunities for entrepreneurs to connect, grow, and thrive.
