As the HRIS consultant, responsible for support and maintenance of GMCR’s Global PeopleSoft HCM System and other HR Systems. Provide consultation to the HR staff and Leadership teams on the use of PeopleSoft HCM modules. Provide analysis of functional and technical business requirements, evaluate new HR systems, modules and processes to meet business needs and services, and provide mentorship to HRIS analysts on the HRIS staff. Responsible for PeopleSoft HCM security for entire organization. Provide oversight and structure to HR projects organizing projects, providing methods, processes and tools to plan, execute and monitor projects. Partner with Information Systems for evaluation of potential system enhancements and upgrades, and system conversions to meet changing business requirements in a dynamic, global environment.
