I am a detail oriented, self-starter who is highly adaptable to the most challenging workplace environments. I have extensive experience in sales, returns, and customer service with over 9+ years in the custom electric motor manufacturing and design industry. I also have 6+ years experience in procurement in the same markets. I have exposure in multiple ERP systems and have headed implementations of some within my departments. I have worked closely with both domestic and international customers and suppliers, including defense/export restricted products. I have most recently been promoted to a senior procurement position to help train and guide new employees. I have thorough knowledge in growing newer prototype product lines, as well as sustaining legacy products. I have extensive training and knowledge in both kanbans and JIT purchasing.
