* Preach/teach groups sized 40-125, or teach/counsel/mentor small group in halfway house, or minister to individuals in jail. Biblical teaching, encouragement, and empowerment * coordinate music, create memorable newsletters, maintain pastoral relationship with inmates and staff * maximize every interaction for the glory of God.

* Providing brief pastoral counseling to individuals in crisis receiving terminal diagnoses * providing expectant prayer--expecting God to both be present in prayer and answer prayer for each person, and celebrating when the answer comes * provide assessment of individual spiritually and emotionally: then develop care plan to provide support addressing person's goals and needs * meeting people wherever they are at in life and in their faith journey, then guiding them confidently to touch God's presence and interact with Him * guiding them to be reconciled in relationships and with self * mentoring student Chaplains by example * conducting brief seminars such as Good Grief * conducting memorial services and funerals * and be a consistent and faithful source of encouragement no matter the circumstances because there is always a trace of light to be found even in great darkness.

* Receiving incoming trauma patient, family, EMS and law enforcement with E.R. trauma team * providing comfort and support to grieving and traumatized patients and visitors * providing spiritual and emotional support to medical staff and visiting law enforcement * consistent calming presence in all circumstances and outcomes * providing brief counseling as needed * supporting patient, family, and staff when accompanying medical staff providing terminal announcements to family * and demonstrating consistent accessibility and availability of confidential spiritual and emotional support to all staff in non-emergent times.

* Faithfulness to the inmates and staff * providing encouragement to individuals no matter the circumstances * demonstrating life led by the Holy Spirit * providing two-way conversation, spiritual guidance, brief pastoral counseling, personal and corporate encouragement, expectant prayer, anointing of the sick, teaching life skills and business principles * demonstrating practicality of applying biblical principles and business principles to individual's life goals now while awaiting release * demonstrating availability of community and internal resources upon release, practicing safety of self, inmates, and staff * and providing ministry to changing populations having individual-specific and corporate-specific needs and concerns.

Pastoral Administration, preparation and execution of pulpit ministry, intensive chaplaincy education and training in the hospital setting and in diverse home hospice settings, public speaking and writing, social media encouragement and mentorship, complete with passion that which I began!
