PrizedPals is located in Austin, TX and was founded in 2016 by Jay Drayer out of an experience he had when a family pet was diagnosed with a chronic health challenge where complications developed... culminating in several weeks in hospice and a death. Testifying to the ways positive transformation can be driven by tragic events, the experience that motivated Jay to depart his career in corporate finance surrounded the 9/11 tragedies in which he witnessed the second plane's impact on the World Trade Center while on his way to a 9:00 meeting that morning at 60 Wall St.

* Ecometry (now under Red Prairie umbrella) has an all-commerce software solution for retailers to manage everything from advertising, marketing, order entry, warehousing, accounting, returns, virtual warehousing, EDI, manufacturing, etc. * Conducted market research and business strategy planning for new software products. * Communicated with clients to address problems and requirements. * Presented and demonstrated software at annual conferences and trade shows. * Worked directly with Research and Development to design new software products. * Collaborated with the sales team to develop marking tactics and sales demonstrations. * Coordinated efforts of both clients and staff to deploy, install, and test new products. * Wrote technical documentation for new software products.

PC Flash Cards was conceived by Dr. Mary Gardner in 2003. Mary returned to college to pursue a career as a veterinarian after spending nearly a decade in the computer software industry. During her pre-vet coursework she found herself making hundreds of flashcards for every course from Biology to Economics. Although a useful study tool, handwritten flash cards became tedious, time consuming and took up lots of space in her office and backpack! She searched for a program that could automate flash card creation and studying, but was not able to find one with the flexibility she needed. So, she developed her own. Fast forward almost a decade and PCFlashCards is used by thousands of students across the globe and the product continues to evolve and making use of the latest cloud technology.
