* Welcome passengers as they arrive onboard and assist in finding and escorting them to their seats; providing physical assistance when needed * Ensure all passengers are safely seated with their seatbelts securely fastened * Provide exceptional service to ensure the safety and comfort of airline passengers * Demonstrate the use of safety equipment such as oxygen masks and provide advice on what to do during emergency situations * Check each seated passenger to ensure accurate head count * Conduct consistent and thorough pre and post flight checks * Inquire about passengers' food and beverage preferences and prepare requests accordingly

Achieved a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology, majoring in Consumer and Family Financial Services with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Core coursework included: Family Financial Management, Accounting, Consumer Problems and Perspectives, Consumer Service and Satisfaction, Consumer Decision Making, Effective Communication, Risk Management in Business, Macro- and Microeconomics, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
