Purchase of raw materials; negotiate distributing angreements; prepare document for New product' registration license (chemicals, feed additives ect); meet with core Suppliers (make presentations, arranging visits on poultry farm as main Consumer of our products) take part in ArgoAminalShow (find potential Suppliers, explore market players, search for innovative product) analyze new product for deversification

Control production-warehouse circle; Discuss the terms of production + payment term; Chose acceptable agency for booking; Prepare doc for Custom clearance (Invoice +pl+Ex+BL+CO /Euro1) ect & prepare doc for payment arrangement; Check bills for freight/local delivery/custom, put them into report; Prepare shipment schedule report; Discuss and argue compensation amount with Suppliers (in claim situation) Present on meetings with foreign Suppliers

Office support (water, coffee/tea, warehouse staff commodities, packing materials); Book transport/hotels; Fill visa documents; Organize business meeting; Organize corporate holidays; Print corporate visit card, calendar, catalogue ect Follow boss as interpreter during business meeting; Prepare internal reports.
