I was the Lead Adviser for the Olympic Host Boroughs and LOCOG, on the Employment and Skills strategy of the 2012 Olympic Games. I led the programme to create and run, an infrastructure and partnership to support the companies delivering Games time services, to ensure 13,000 local people got paid jobs and had the skills, commitment and passion to make the London Games the best ever. I continued working for the 6 Host Boroughs, as they capitalised on this opportunity and as they transitioned, from being the Host to Growth Boroughs, to ensure that East London maximised the investment and improved the area.

IML is also concentrating on business development, coaching and career change services for senior executives.
