About
Furthering my career in the world of aviation by leveraging my deep familiarity and understanding of Aviation, Aircraft, and Aircraft Operations with extensive experience in customer service. As both a private pilot and a certified military air traffic controller, I know the critical importance of ensuring flight safety and on- time performance. Moreover, as a student in Public Relations and having served Alpha Flying Inc. and Jet Aviation in customer service roles, I am keenly aware that our industry exists to serve our customers. My passion also extends into the world of corporate aviation as a Contract Corporate Flight Attendant, looking to serve my clients to the highest of standards through excellence in safety, hospitality, and attention to detail.

I Served as an integral member of the training team at Boston Center ARTCC. My role was to run simulation labs on training controllers by creating and executing realistic and demanding scenarios which simulated movement of dense air traffic, with increasingly stressful cases, while also observing student responses and adapting the training approach in real-time. I worked on both the ERAM and Legacy systems, and was proficient with all frequencies, maps, procedures and aircraft characteristics. Critical skills included intense multi-tasking, including an ability to “judge” the student’s strengths and weaknesses in real-time and adapt the training approach. I regularly worked an average of twenty to thirty aircraft at one time, while also serving as the simulated controller of the surrounding airspace. My goal was to ensure that the air traffic controllers with whom I worked received the most accurate, realistic and challenging training possible to prepare them for live traffic.
