Many years of supervising and leadership roles provided me with the networking skills necessary for team approach in Radiation Oncology. As a negotiator for equipment and service contracts, I was able to secure the lowest bid for many contracts. As a team leader, I implemented many Quality Assurance Projects that resulted in positive change for the department. My years of volunteering with the American Cancer Society (ACS) enabled me to utilize many contracts for patients and families in need of resources. In turn, promoting a cohesive relationship with the hospital and the ACS. I am actively involved in many community efforts in Pequannock Township. Presently, I serve on the Municipal Alliance Committee for Drug and Alcohol Prevention in children. Coaching soccer and softball are a passion of mine because I have a positive attitude with the children instilling self-esteem and confidence.
