Developing and implementing the procurement strategy for Injection Molding and Raw Material, with a focus on achieving commercial objectives. Building, managing, and developing a high-performance supplier portfolio, including strategic alignment and continuous optimization through regular business reviews. Leading and overseeing the entire tendering, negotiation, and procurement process. Standardizing and updating contracts to ensure consistent and legally compliant agreements. Conducting market analyses to identify market trends and price developments. Systematically implementing innovations and sustainability strategies in procurement. Collaborating closely with quality management on supplier audits and conducting annual supplier evaluations. Advising internal departments on all procurement-related issues and processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
