Manage overall HR activities of the company including all aspects of recruitment, induction, on boarding, benefits, compensation, employee engagement, training and performance management. • Design the recruitment strategy, source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc., conduct interviews as well as prepare job descriptions for employees. • Manage the entire recruitment cycle to ensure planned, effective, and timely recruitment of personnel in accordance with the approved manpower plan and valid staff requisitions. • Screen and review applications, review candidate’s personal details, experiences, skills and qualifications to ensure that the experience and skills are relevant to the job description. • Attendance conference and present the company in many event and participate of event related to marine & drilling & chemical. • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure alignment of incentive/reward elements with culture, strategy and operational goals by developing and implement job analysis, job evaluation, KPIs and performance appraisal system. • Responsible of Bahrain governmental system (Sijelat, LMRI, GOSI, Mashroat, Municipalities Affairs and eGovernment-Bahrain) on boarding off boarding, Work visa, visit visa etc.). • Reviewed HR system functions such as transfers, promotions and terminations, in compliance with Saudi Labor Law; review the company policies and ensure that it is in line with the labor laws and company policies. • Develop and implement effective HR procedures related to recruitment, personnel, accommodation, Saudization (IKTVA), and payroll. • Hire Offshore and Onshore staff; apply & issue CG access from port system (Zawil). • Preparing Monthly salary crew • Coordinate & communicate with the Saudi embassy and other external agencies for processing work visa, visit visa etc.
