- Leading the ACE Women’s Network OR network, The Gender Advocacy and Inclusion Network in Higher Ed (GAIN), by developing a strategic plan centering EDI practices and chairing the GAIN board - Managing a board of 12 professionals with varying professional experiences through providing training, professional development, conflict resolution, ongoing communication, and project oversight - Redesigned the board onboarding process, instituting a three-step training process that enhanced member cohesion, and improved operational efficiency through restructuring communication channels - Elevating GAIN’s visibility and increasing membership through professional outreach, institutional collaborations, accessible and frequent events, and partnerships with compelling speakers
