I am a Human Resources and Organizational Development Executive with over 25 years of experience helping organizations strengthen the foundations that sustain long-term success: people, leadership, culture, and organizational capability. Across my career, I have had the privilege of partnering with CEOs, executive leaders, and business teams in designing and leading strategic people initiatives across talent management, succession planning, leadership development, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, learning architecture, and culture transformation. I have worked across a range of industries—including FMCG, retail, food service, direct selling, microfinance, education, and social-purpose organizations—which has shaped a broad yet grounded perspective on how people strategy can enable business growth, leadership continuity, and organizational sustainability.
