* Plan, Coordinate and Monitor inbound shipments within Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and determine the most cost-efficient routes. * Successfully plan and schedule drivers, truck loads and routes. * Accept load tenders, book delivery appointments and schedule pick up date and time. * Ensure effective utilization of Company’s equipment and resources. * Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers. * Effectively negotiate rates with customers to achieve a profitable margin. * Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner. * Call customers to advise shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders, border * crossings, and receipt of custom documents for clearance.

Create a production plan according to the customer and knowing available of materials and capacity of process, set up shipping program and tracking all material that the customer required. Also update the sales projection until the day established.

Understand BOM & Planning per customer requirements from program to program per engineering drawings. Enter item numbers into Enterprise Item, Item Revision, Item Warehouse and Item Process Record files. Creates / revises BOM, planning and Tool Work Orders. Identifies and develops future process and improvement plans. Prepares, reads, interprets and acts upon reports generated from the system. Communicate with all levels of the organization as required.
