I’m a dedicated logistics professional and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT), currently serving as a DHL Driving Instructor (DDI) on the Morrisons contract in Bridgwater. Since joining DHL in 2012 as a C+E Driver, I have progressed through specialist roles including Driving Assessor (DDA) and Driver Development Officer (DDO). Following my tenure as Site CPC Holder at Bridgwater (2022-2025), I continue to hold an International Transport Manager’s Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and remain listed on a live Operator Licence within DHL. This active status demonstrates my ongoing accountability for high standards of safety, compliance, and transport governance. I specialise in driver recruitment and development using Smith System safety techniques. My expertise includes conducting regular risk assessments and internal audits to ensure safe, efficient, and fully compliant delivery operations. I am also proud to be a member of the Network Excellence Hub at DHL Supply Chain, a monthly forum where we collaborate to share best practices and drive improvements in safety, engagement, and customer service.
