From the beginning PLUMgrid strived to reenvision how the IO infrastructure of the data center. The focus is on networking complexities of the cloud world and how to simplify the creation of applications without relying on operations teams to deliver complex changes in the infrastructure.

Quorum, a VC backed company that spun-out of Themis Computers. Quorum created the onQ systems of appliances and hybrid-cloud services (sometimes called disaster recovery as a service, or DRaaS). Initial responsibilities included setting up the finance, accounting, legal and human resources functions separately from the prior parent company. Tasks included hiring team, selecting legal counsel and the selection and implementation of NetSuite and Xactly software services. Worked with CEO in driving strategy and determining key Metrics for the growing SaaS business.

Managed finance, accounting, legal and human resources departments for this business recovery software company with R&D in India and sales offices throughout the United States, Asia Pacific and Europe. Responsibilities included strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness, compliance, treasury, investor and banking relations, board communication and all general accounting functions. Adjusted and implemented company strategies which enabled the company to close strategic partners, and increase revenues by 400%. Developed business and financial plans which resulted in timely financings totaling $30M.

Above & Beyond Basketball strives for excellence in both character and basketball by offering various year round services with the mission to positively impact the families of the communities for which we serve. - Went to Africa in 2011 with a number of team members to run a camp and bring over basketball gear to other less privileged children.
