Responsible for development, planning and execution of the national sales strategy to effectively grow sales of specialty products. The team was effectively transitioned a sales team after being acquired by Endo Health Solutions, Inc.

I was the initial commercial lead responsible for hiring a start-up sales organization competing in the Urology market place. The job responsibilities included implementation of successful strategies and tactics that delivered commercial objective achievement. Our team acquired a second organization and successfully launched an additional brand in the Pediatric Endocrinology specialty space. We were acquired after five years by Endo Health Solutions, Inc.
