I’m a detail-oriented aspiring finance and real estate professional with hands-on experience in asset management, underwriting, and data-driven decision making. Through internship roles at Birge & Held and Marcus & Millichap, I’ve developed strengths in financial modeling, market research, revenue optimization, and operational strategy- supported by tools like Excel, CoStar, Yardi, RealPage, and Esri. I’m passionate about using data to improve investment performance, streamline reporting processes, and support smart, strategic growth in multifamily and commercial real estate. With a strong foundation in financial analysis and a competitive mindset from college athletics, I bring discipline, curiosity, and a team-first mentality into every project. Currently pursuing my B.S. in Financial Counseling & Planning at Purdue University (May 2026), I’m actively exploring full-time opportunities in asset management, acquisitions, investment analysis, or underwriting.
