I founded ICSynergy and built it into the go-to IAM consultancy for the Fortune 500 before its acquisition. Two exits. Patent holder.Now I'm building IdentityRM. Four generations of architecture. Two decades of lessons. Delegated administration for the agentic era. Every enterprise has operators exercising authority: helpdesk, partners, franchise managers, AI agents. Most without governance. IdentityRM fixes that — one product, Day 1, through a prompt instead of a ticket.I build with a handful of humans and 12 trained AI agents. We ship more than most 15-person teams. The same delegation infrastructure that governs my agents is the product I sell to customers. I don't just sell AI governance. I run on it.My whole career, I knew I'd build something special. Founded and led technology strategy for the IAM consultancy that became the go-to for Fortune 500 identity projects. 22 years from startup to acquisition. Built the practice into a recognized specialist in enterprise IAM — delivering strategic implementations across Oracle, SailPoint, Okta, PingIdentity, and custom identity solutions. Clients spanned financial services, healthcare, government, and technology. Also created SPGateway during this period — a reverse proxy/access gateway product acquired by Okta, now known as Okta Access Gateway. The patterns I saw across hundreds of IAM deployments — fragmented delegation, ungovernable partner populations, custom portal sprawl — became the foundation for IdentityRM.
