I lead EY’s Americas Tax practice, working with over 20,000 talented professionals to help clients navigate complexity, drive transformation, and unlock value in a rapidly changing world. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on the intersection of tax, management strategy, technology transformation, and talent. Previously, I served as the Americas Deputy Vice Chair–Tax, the US-East Region Tax Leader, and the Talent Leader for Tax in the Americas. I am a member of the Americas Tax Leadership team and the Americas Inclusiveness Advisory Council and served as the Executive Sponsor of the Technology Committee that brought intelligent automation into EY. Beyond my professional roles, I’m active in organizations focused on youth job programs and education and serve on boards of leading universities and charitable organizations. I regularly contribute insights on tax policy, AI and other emerging technologies, workplace innovation, and the future of work to publications like Forbes, Fortune, Bloomberg Tax, Fast Company, and Information Week, among others. I speak frequently on these themes to business, community, and university audiences, as well as within the EY ecosystem. In 2021, I published my first book, Humanity Reimagined, which explores how emerging technologies and sociological trends are reshaping business, education, and society. The book earned four major awards, including the American Business Association's Gold Stevie for Best Business Book of 2021, the Nautilus Book Awards Silver Medal winner in the World Cultures’ Conscious Growth & Development category, and the Global Book Awards Silver Medal in the Business Technology category, and was a 2022 International Book Awards Finalist in the Business Information category. Also proud that a number of our learning and development programs have earned industry leadership awards for timely and innovative skill development, including two Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards for “Best Advance in Unique HR Workforce Management and Learning” programs as well as the American Business Awards Program “Business Innovation of the Year” for implementing a people-first strategy for deployment of robotic process automation in the firm in 2017. I also had the honor of being named 2018 HR Leader of the Year by the American Business Awards Program.
