Complete technical project management in the field of railway units from the offer phase to the handover of the units to the customer.

Resources and processes management for assign projects, coordinated with other functions and departments. Responsible for the development of custom design solutions, new product introduction, selection and verification of supplier capability, product testing and approval. Additionally, I dealt with the development and design of sheet metal structures. At the same time, I prepared and implemented processes for development and production.

Design lead of Oil & Gas tool sub-system and at same time, I was driving Verification and Validation activities and Design risk mitigation project with implementation of quality systems and elements of the Six Sigma methodology. Hands-on experience of building prototypes in mechanical workshop.

Design for manufacturing engineering, Six Sigma methodology implementation, leading od QA projects and supporting OEM production of sheet metal parts, machined castings and forgings, welded assemblies and other components related to the combustion system. Daily, I worked on implementation of new parts into production, optimization of manufacturing methods and delivery of solutions for manufacturing issues. This included analyzing root causes, implementing corrective actions within production processes, searching for opportunities to improve or change the current design of parts and dealing with customers to get their approvals for adjustment of technical documentation.
