Working in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, but what I enjoy the most is connecting people and improving things that matter. I like connecting people, sharing what I know, and supporting others in their work. I enjoy facilitating trainings and workshops, learning from others and helping move things forward in a simple and practical way. Thanks to background and experience in sustainability, I’m also interested in CSR and projects that have a real positive impact on people and business. I spent some time volunteering in Kenya, where I worked with local organisations and helped map their situation and needs. That experience shaped how I think about impact and working with different communities. I’m drawn to work that makes sense and has real impact, not just on paper but in everyday practice
