Contract work Helping clients with their software development needs.

Responsible for the care and management of team results focused on client email migrations. This includes the training and documentation given to the technical writers to compile procedures and best practices. Designed and maintained daily schedules for all team members based on team member work hours and Help Desk projects in queue. Personally tracked progress of each project, keeping an eye out for issues needing to be escalated to 2nd level support when necessary. Responsible for handling escalations and problems solving for delicate client issues. Encouraged the team to grow and develop necessary tools to be successful at their tasks and goals; this included the implementation of an open-of-day and end-of-day team meeting to discuss current projects, achievement acknowledgements, and areas of improvement. Also managed a 2nd group that had a specialized daily task and goals that interfaced with multiple team leads and their Pods of 10-15 people within the team.

Was responsible for creation of program processes into actual usable functions for the clients. Would balance functionality with usability to customer’s specifications. Would also perform quality control after each step of the program phases, alpha and beta testing would be part of the role of the software build. Tweaked the program processes to match variations that changed within the client’s needs. Making sure proper documentation was present both inside and outside of the software for both follow-up and usability.
