theGKexperience is a Scottish charity that supports and and improves the lives of young people across Glasgow. We currently support around 175 young people and 80 families. Young people grow in confidence, make friends, learn new skills, improve mental and physical health and have fun when involved with us. We provide the support they need and build long-term relationships to make the biggest differences. As a Trustee, I support the work of the full time staff in a number of ways. • Provide high-level oversight and strategic support to the full-time staff of a youth work charity. • Helped to develop the "On Yer Bike" program with the youth work team, expanding the charity’s activities to include a mountain biking residential trip. • Support youth work activities during day trips and events.

A highly experienced mountain bike instructor, particularly skilled at working with groups who face difficulties accessing outdoor pursuits - both adults and young people. Also an expert level guide specialising in high, wild and remote Scottish terrain. • Execution and delivery of global brand campaigns and activation platforms across social media for key markets, successfully driving brand heat, awareness, and supporting sales activity. • Managing day-to-day campaign operations, overseeing creative development, execution, and delivery of marketing assets, ensuring projects were launched on-time and on-budget in collaboration with external partners and creative agencies. • Co-managing the timely delivery of comprehensive marketing toolkits and assets, including content calendars, imagery, and campaign guides, to help partners activate locally. • Co-managing the production and execution of major internal business events, including seasonal launches, racking sessions and cross-functional workshops.

Served as a subject matter expert, responsible for copywriting and social media management across all Endura channels, producing website articles, marketing materials, and email campaigns to support global and territorial marketing activities.
