In this role I was responsible for Investigating Financial Statements and assessing possible repayment capacity for bad debts with the view to agreeing a Restructure of Loans and Overdraft debt. Also responsible for assessing the whole connection including overdraft facilities to ascertain the appropriate overdraft level. Responsible for the day to day management of the accounts and also making decisions on the viability of of repayment of loans and whether to take further action on accounts, which would have included recommendation to the Credit Forum for possible legal action where necessary
