The role of International Account Manager covered a broad scope of duties, working with domestic and international clients to manage and maintain their accounts and orders. The nature of these tasks included the processing of orders, liaising with factories and arranging applicable testing to comply with the standards and legislation of the customer's nation. Within the role, I worked with many people in different countries including company buyers, company directors, agents and freight forwarders and I was involved in many different roles from processing orders with our factory, arranging product inspections, factory audits and shipment bookings with freight forwarders.

General administrative and office support for a manufacturer and distributor of children's building bricks. Tasks the position required were dealing with customer enquiries, sending out replacement parts, quotation document production, as well as general administrative duties.
