Together with Bob Mackenzie (Chairman) and Nick Hewitt (Exec Director) led the MBI and simultaneous IPO of the AA in a £4.5bn transaction in June 2014 Charitable Work: Chairman of the Development Committee, Trustee and a Director of Shakespeare's Globe Theatre on London's South Bank. Trustee of the Holburne Museum in Bath. Patron and Trustee of the Martin Clarke Young Organ Scholar which provides funding for young organists in the diocese of York. Former Trustee of the Handel House Museum. Member of the Society of St Radegund at Jesus College Cambridge Freeman of the City of London and Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Wax Chandlers.
