Martin Bao

With over two decades of experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and large-scale systems engineering, I’ve had the privilege of helping organizations—from global tech giants to mission-driven startups—navigate complex technical challenges and realize meaningful digital transformation. At Google, I’ve contributed across multiple roles—from developing deep learning models for Google Ads to leading enterprise cloud AI strategy as a Senior Technology Consultant. My work has spanned MLOps, AutoML optimization, distributed system design, and end-to-end cloud architecture across GCP and Azure. Earlier in my career at IBM, I focused on natural language processing and enterprise AI systems that laid the foundation for much of what I do today.
