Martijn Crijnen

As Co-founder and CFO of Vydar, I'm focused on turning complex prototypes into reliable, field-ready systems. My role is to build a solid financial and operational foundation that enables engineers and partners to move quickly while maintaining control, transparency, and trust. Judo has been part of my life since I was four. Competing at a high level taught me the value of discipline, respect, and continuous improvement, principles I still apply every day. I bring that same mindset to my work: structured, calm under pressure, and fully committed to the team’s success. Entrepreneurship motivates me because I enjoy creating, collaborating, and helping people grow. Outside of work I stay active through mountaineering, running, and judo. These challenges remind me how progress comes from persistence and preparation.
