Marthe Moengen

Marthe is an expert in end-to-end data platform development and architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Fabric architecture, Power BI, Purview, Data Governance, MDM, user story mapping, and translating business requirements into robust data solutions. She specializes in implementing Microsoft Purview to ensure enterprise-wide security and governance, as well as Master Data Management and is adept at defining and building innovative data products. Marthe helps her clients become data-driven organizations by unlocking the full potential of analytics and data governance within the Azure cloud ecosystem. Her expertise has earned her the recognition of Microsoft MVP in Data Platform. A natural communicator, Marthe loves sharing her enthusiasm for data-driven insights and is an international speaker in the data community. She firmly believes that bridging the gap between data analytics and engineering is crucial for creating impactful solutions, and she is committed to sharing her experience in merging technical and business perspectives to deliver value. Marthe is also a co-organizer of Fabric February and the founder of WITs Who Lunch which further supports the data community. Marthe was also awarded the "Top 50 Women in Tech Norway" in 2024.
