I maintained technical data of raw materials and packagings in the following systems: SAP ECC, SAP 4 Hana, Devex 3.10 and Devex 3.3, Salesforce, Tracegains. I managed the Corporate Specification process and prepared data searches and where used reports. I worked effectively with suppliers to ensure that data is valid and can be used by other departments for external audits and for regulatory and quality purposes.

- Reproducing innovative recipes for chocolates, coatings and fillings using a small production scale - physico-chemical testing od prepared pilot productions - fine-tuning od the manufactured products to the specified rheology on the basis of the knowledge and experience gained - contact with requestors to establish production details and communicate results - coordination of CCP documentation, lication files, drafting of documents e.g. HACCP plan
